Partner Growth Journey

From day one of joining to becoming a Platinum Partner, every step has clear milestones and corresponding enablement support.

Phase 1: Onboarding (Months 1-2)

Sign partnership agreement, access partner portal, obtain product demo environment and online training courses. Dedicated Partner Development Manager creates a 1-on-1 annual growth plan.

Phase 2: Capability Building (Months 2-4)

Complete technical certification training and sales certification. Shadow CNWAYLab teams on 1-2 real projects for observation and learning. Build independent pre-sales demo capability.

Phase 3: Independent Delivery (Months 4-8)

Pass CL-Way methodology certification. Independently complete first project delivery under mentor supervision. Accumulate client cases and achieve Silver or Gold certification.

Phase 4: Scaling (Months 8-12)

Build your own delivery team. Obtain regional authorization and priority opportunity allocation. Co-host marketing events and develop regional benchmark clients.

Phase 5: Strategic Co-Creation (12+ Months)

Participate in product roadmap discussions. Jointly develop industry solutions. Deep collaboration in respective areas of strength. Some Platinum Partners have already established joint innovation labs with CNWAYLab.
