CNWAYLab 2026 Campus Recruitment is now open. We are looking for curiosity-driven, cross-disciplinary new talent — whether you come from computer science, chemistry, biology, or design, if you are passionate about using technology to reshape laboratories, this is your starting point.
Three Campus Programs
From summer internships to the Tech Trainee Program, three programs covering different stages and needs, providing every outstanding candidate with the best starting point for growth.
Tech Trainee Program
An 18-month rotational program for 2026 graduates. Rotate through R&D, Product, and Lab Science — 6 months each — with 1-on-1 mentoring from senior leaders, ultimately landing in the area you are most passionate about.
Summer Internship Program
8-12 weeks of hands-on summer experience working on real projects, not peripheral tasks. Dual-track support with technical mentor + career mentor. Outstanding performers receive a direct final-round interview pass for the Tech Trainee Program.
PhD Joint Training
Joint training with SIAT CAS, USTC, and other top institutions. Participate in real CNWAYLab R&D projects during your PhD, with dual output of papers and products — graduate with 3 years of industry experience.

Covering software development, AI algorithms, lab science, and product design — there is a place for everyone.
Software Development Engineer (Trainee)
Participate in CNWAYLab X Platform core module development, completing full-stack tasks from frontend to backend under mentor guidance, progressively taking independent ownership of sub-modules.
AI Algorithm Engineer (Trainee)
Participate in model training and deployment for lab intelligent review, anomaly detection, and report generation — working with cutting-edge tech stacks like LLM / RAG / Agent.
Frontend / Visualization Engineer (Trainee)
Build immersive interactive experiences for scientific data and lab workflows using WebGL, D3.js, and other technologies to create stunning data visualization interfaces.
Analytical Chemistry Application Engineer (Trainee)
Learn lab business processes in pharmaceutical GMP / food testing / environmental monitoring, participate in client requirements analysis and method validation — bridging science and engineering.
Product Manager (Trainee)
Go deep into the lab floor to understand user scenarios, complete requirements analysis, PRD writing, and iteration tracking under a senior PM's guidance — cultivating scientific product judgment.
Infrastructure Engineer (Trainee)
Participate in Kubernetes cluster operations, CI/CD pipeline construction, and multi-tenant architecture security hardening — ensuring high availability for both SaaS platform and on-premises deployments.
Recruitment Process

Offer sent within 5 business days after final round, with ample time for decision-making.

Rolling Interviews & Assessments
Complete the full process within 2 weeks of resume submission. Apply early, interview early, get your offer early.

Spring Supplementary + Summer Internship Interviews
Limited supplementary openings + centralized interviews for 2027 Summer Interns. PhD Joint Training applications accepted year-round.
